CEU Terms of Service for Unlimited Course Access Subscription Purchases

Subscription Pricing and Renewal
The initial price for CEU’s Unlimited Course Access Program is $65, which provides access to all of the approved courses for one year from the registration date. Unlimited Course Access subscriptions will automatically be renewed annually at the price of $65 unless the subscription is canceled or the user opts out of the automatic renewal during the registration process or through the Edit My Profile page. Sixty and thirty days before your renewal date, you will receive email notifications to inform you that your subscription is up for renewal. Steps for canceling the Unlimited Course Access Program are provided in each email. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credit will be given for partial periods or unused courses. You may cancel your subscription at any time by editing your account online or by calling CEU at (800) 295-9010.

Live Webinars will be offered by CEU.com for a separate charge, and are not included in the Unlimited Access Program.

CE Credit Reporting Fees
For students with multiple state and/or designation continuing education (CE) accounts, CEU will report one state free of charge for each course completed under the subscription. If reporting is requested for additional states, a fee of $3 per course will be charged after the exam is completed. Some state or designation CE does not allow CEU to report on your behalf, and we do not assess a charge for such “student-report” states. CEU is not responsible and assumes no liability for credit-reporting problems that occur after credits have been reported to the state or to the individual license holder. CEU will assist in any reasonable manner possible to rectify any credit-reporting discrepancies. All charges for reporting credits to additional state(s) and/or designations are nonrefundable.

Billing
As a subscriber to CEU, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card an annual subscription fee, any applicable sales tax, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of CEU. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each annual renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel. We will automatically charge your credit card each year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.

Automatic Renewals
Your CEU subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis. For your convenience, we will charge the annual subscription fee to the credit card you provide to us during registration. Your membership will automatically renew for successive annual subscriptions unless or until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. CEU will send two email notifications, sixty and thirty days before your renewal date, to inform you that your subscription is up for renewal and will be automatically renewed for another year. You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card.

Cancellation
As noted above, you may cancel your CEU unlimited access subscription at any time. To cancel, click Edit My Profile, then click Manage Unlimited Course Access. Once you cancel your subscription with CEU, we will allow you to access the courses until your subscription expires, which is on the one-year anniversary date from when you originally registered for the program. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
