How do I access my courses?
Existing CEU students: Access your purchased courses on the My Courses & Exams page in your profile on the website or CEU Mobile.
How do I join a CEU webinar?
As the webinar date approaches, you will receive emails from our webinar hosting partner, On24 with information to login and access the webinar. Add do_not_reply@on24event.com to your address book to ensure delivery. If you have any questions, contact info@ceu.com.
Does CEU offer any classroom or classroom-equivalent courses in Texas?
Yes! Simply select Texas in the Search Courses page, and available courses for producers and adjusters will have “Classroom Equivalent” in the course title.
I closed out of my course and browser windows, but the audio file is still playing. How do I get it to stop?
CEU audio lessons download as audio files and automatically play in your default audio player (e.g., Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc.). To stop the audio, you need to close the audio player as well.
Can I retake a course or webinar and receive CE credit again?
Continuing education requirements vary by state. Before retaking a course or webinar for CE credit, verify with your state licensing authority that repeat courses or webinars are eligible for credit during your renewal cycle. Some states do not allow duplicate credit for the same course or webinar.
How do I know whether my state requires a proctor during my exam?
To find out whether your state requires an exam proctor, please reference your State Requirements which can be found on the Search Courses page, after you select your license type and state(s) in which you are licensed.
What happens after I complete my course and take the exam?
After submitting your final exam on the web or CEU Mobile, your exam score will appear on the screen. If you receive a 70% or higher, your completed course information will be displayed in your course history, and a Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you.
What happens if I do not receive a 70% or higher on my exam?
CEU is unable to provide this information because it is prohibited by the majority of state regulations.
Can I find out what questions I answered incorrectly on my exam?
CEU is unable to provide this information because the majority of state regulations prohibit this.
What happens if I lose internet connection during my exam?
If you lose internet connection while attempting an exam on the web or in CEU Mobile, your progress will be saved so that you can log back in and continue from where you left off. Upon re-entering the exam, you will receive a message asking whether you would like to resume or restart the exam.
When launching my exam on the web, a window pops up and then immediately disappears. How do I access my exam?
This is likely occurring because your Internet browser pop-up blocker is enabled, and you may need to temporarily disable the pop-up blocker. If you continue to experience this issue after disabling your pop-up blocker, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-295-9010, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
What is the timer on my course?
Some states have a regulatory requirement called a “seat timer”. This means they want you to be an active participant in the course for the approved number of credit hours based on the state’s requirements. If you see a seat timer in a course on the web or in the app, it means it is required by your state.
How do I add CEU Mobile to my mobile device?
Installation is easy! Follow these simple installation instructions:

Once added, the page will appear on your home screen like an app icon — just tap it anytime for instant access to your CEU courses.
What account do I use to log into CEU Mobile?
Use the same login credentials you use to access CEU courses on the website.
What if I forget my password when logging into CEU Mobile?
Use “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with reset instructions.
How do I edit/add my license information in CEU Mobile?
You can add or update your NPN and license information under My Account > Licenses in the menu.
What devices and operating systems are supported?
CEU Mobile supports the latest two versions of iOS and Android and is optimized for smartphones and tablets.
Is there a cost to use CEU Mobile?
CEU Mobile is included with the purchase of CEU Unlimited and CEU Unlimited+ subscriptions. There is no additional fee to use it.
Will my progress sync between the website and CEU Mobile?
Yes! You can seamlessly move between both to access CEU courses, and your progress will be saved across devices.
Can I download my completion certificate to my phone?
Upon successful completion of a course, your certificate will be emailed it you. At this time, it cannot be downloaded from CEU Mobile.
How do I update my profile or license information?
Profile and license information can be updated by going to My Account on the website or in CEU Mobile.
The app isn’t loading or crashes on launch.
Close your browser and reload the page. If issues persist, delete the icon from your home screen and reinstall it using the installation instructions.
Will using CEU Mobile consume mobile data?
Streaming or downloading course materials uses mobile data. Connect to Wi-Fi when possible.
Can I download course content for offline viewing in CEU Mobile?
While course transcripts can be downloaded for offline viewing, to complete the course and earn CE, you must complete the course online or in CEU Mobile.
Can I register for CEU webinars the mobile app?
Yes! Select the CE Webinars option in the menu to see the upcoming live webinars. To register, click on Learn More and Register which will take you to your web browser to complete registration. For more information CEU Webinars see the Completing CEU Courses and Webinars section.
Can I watch live or on-demand webinars via CEU Mobile?
Live CE Webinars are hosted through our partner, On24. While you cannot view them in CEU Mobile, you can view them on your web browser.
How do I access and use my Corporate Prepaid Subscription?
Click here to use a CEU Corporate Prepaid Subscription to select, purchase, or access your CEU courses. You must activate any corporate agreements within your profile on the website prior to accessing the mobile app to access courses.
Can I charge the course fee directly to my company?
Yes, you can charge your company directly if your company has a corporate subscription with CEU. If your company currently has a corporate subscription, please contact your corporate compliance manager for your subscription code and enter your employer information in your account. At checkout, you will have the option to enter your subscription code.
My corporate compliance manager is not available, and I need my subscription code. Can CEU provide me with this information?
Subscription codes must be provided to students by their corporate compliance manager. CEU representatives can only provide this information to the administrator(s) listed in our system.
Where do I enter the subscription code that my corporate compliance manager provided me?
You will need to enter this code during the checkout process when you see the prompt “Enter Subscription Code”.
I entered my subscription code but received a message that says, “Invalid Subscription Number.” What does this mean?
This is likely occurring because you have not selected your employer in your account, which you can do by editing your profile. If you enter your employer and still experience issues, please contact your corporate compliance manager to verify the code.
My employer has indicated that I should not have to pay for my CE, but I am prompted for payment when I try to enroll in courses. What should I do?
Contact your corporate compliance manager to verify that your company has a Corporate Subscription with CEU and then ask for your subscription code. You will need to enter this code during the checkout process when you see the prompt “Enter Subscription Code”. If you’ve done the above and are still experiencing issues, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-295-9010, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or email info@ceu.com.
How long does it take to report CE credits to my state?
For courses completed on the web or CEU Mobile, CE credit hours are reported within two business days. Ensure your license information is accurate in your account to facilitate reporting.
How do I edit/add my license information?
To ensure timely and accurate reporting of CE credits we must have your NPN number as well as license information on file prior to the webinar. Add or update your NPN and license information in My Account > Licenses on the website or CEU Mobile.
How many days does CEU have to report CE to the Florida Department of Financial Services after I pass my exam?
Florida allows CE providers to report credits up to 21 days from the time a student passes an exam. After 21 days, CE credits will not be reported unless CEU caused the reporting delay.
How will I know that my state awarded me the proper amount of CE credit?
Please check your state transcript for this information. You can also view completed course information in your course history for details.
If I completed courses for my designated home state, will those credits satisfy my requirements for other states I am licensed in?
In most cases, yes. However, please contact your state insurance department for information regarding reciprocity.
What is the refund policy for on-demand courses and live webinars?
On-Demand Courses:
CEU offers a money back guarantee that is in effect for 7 days after your registration date (or) up until an exam is submitted, whichever comes first. To request a refund, please call 1-800-295-9010.
Live Webinars:
CEU will provide 100% refund prior to the webinar. Once the webinar begins, we will not provide any refunds. If the webinar is canceled, we will provide 100% refund.
How do I cancel my CEU Unlimited subscription?
For your convenience, CEU Unlimited renews automatically annually using the payment provided. If you do not wish to continue your subscription for another year, you may cancel through your Edit Profile screen or by calling us at 1-800-295-9010. Is my personal information secure?
Yes, CEU uses the most advanced SSL and encryption technologies to ensure that your personal information is completely protected.
Why do you need my NPN number for a course or webinar?
To ensure timely and accurate reporting of CE credits we must have your NPN number as well as license information on file prior to the webinar. Add or update your NPN and license information in your profile here.
Why does CEU need to collect my personal information?
CEU only requests details that are required by the states for credit reporting. CEU will not share or sell your personal information. Please see The Institutes Privacy Policy for more information.
