Terms of Service for CEU Course Purchases

  • You can enter and exit the course area as often as you wish.
  • will report the credits to your State insurance Department (unless you reside in a self reporting state).
  • A Money Back Guarantee is in effect for 7 days after registration date or up until an exam is submitted, whichever comes first.
  • CE Credits for additional state(s) and/or designation organization for which is the authorized credit reporting entity, will be reported for an additional charge of $3/course.
  • For states or designations that are “student self-reporting” in nature, an electronic certificate will be placed in the student’s account and no additional fee will apply.
  • All reporting/ processing charges for reporting credits to additional state(s) and/or designations such as CPCU, CFP, CLU are non-refundable.
  • Course purchasers have up to 12 months from the date of registration to complete a course, after which time the course will expire and will be deleted from the users account.
