Terms of Service for CEU Course Purchases

  • You can enter and exit the course area as often as you wish.
  • CEU.com will report the credits to your State insurance Department (unless you reside in a self reporting state).
  • A Money Back Guarantee is in effect for 7 days after registration date or up until an exam is submitted, whichever comes first.
  • CE Credits for additional state(s) and/or designation organization for which CEU.com is the authorized credit reporting entity, will be reported for an additional charge of $3/course.
  • For states or designations that are “student self-reporting” in nature, an electronic certificate will be placed in the student’s account and no additional fee will apply.
  • All reporting/ processing charges for reporting credits to additional state(s) and/or designations such as CPCU, CFP, CLU are non-refundable.
  • Course purchasers have up to 12 months from the date of registration to complete a course, after which time the course will expire and will be deleted from the users account.

When you register at CEU, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your courses, report continuing education credits where allowed, generate Certificates of Completion, and to communicate with you about the status of your courses. We also use your email address to send you newsletters you subscribed to during registration, as well as messages about CEU special offers, promotional announcements and consumer surveys. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via postal mail, using the address provided. If you no longer want to receive the newsletters, other announcements or postal mail, simply unsubscribe through the hyperlinks provided or contact CEU with your request.

When you place your first order for the CEU Service, we ask you for your full name, physical address, telephone number and credit card number so we can process your order.
