Digital diplomas offer a faster, easier way to receive, share, and verify your designation achievement.
Beginning October 15, students who complete an Institutes Designation will receive their diploma digitally. With your digital diploma, you'll be able to:
- Receive your diploma faster. Instead of waiting weeks for your diploma, you’ll get your digital diploma within 5 business days of earning your designation.
- Celebrate your achievement right away. Easily showcase your designation to clients, colleagues, and across your professional network soon after earning your credentials.
- Protect the value of your designation. Digital diplomas provide secure, verifiable proof of your achievement and make it easy to print a copy and display this important career milestone.

When will The Institutes begin issuing digital diplomas?
Digital diplomas will be issued for designations completed on or after October 15.

What if I complete my designation before October 15?
If you complete your designation before October 15, you’ll receive a printed diploma in the mail just as you do today. The transition to digital diplomas applies to designations completed on or after October 15.

Will I still receive a physical diploma in the mail?
No, if you complete your designation on or after October 15, you will not receive a physical diploma in the mail, but you can print your digital diploma yourself. If you’d like a professional copy printed and mailed, you’ll have the option to order one for an additional cost of approximately $20, plus shipping.

How will I receive my digital diploma?
After you complete your designation, you’ll receive an email from Achievements@TheInstitutes.org with a link to view your digital diploma. From there, you’ll be able to view, download, and print your diploma or order a professionally printed and mailed copy for a fee.

How do I order a professionally printed diploma?
After you complete your designation, you’ll receive an email with a link to view your digital diploma. From your digital diploma page, you will be able to create an account and order a professionally printed and mailed diploma.

Can I print my digital diploma myself?
Yes, you will be able to download and print your diploma yourself.

Are there framing options available?
There will not be an option to have your diploma professionally framed through The Institutes. Students who would like their diploma framed will need to do so through the retailer or service provider of their choice.
