Who receives a digital diploma?
Students who complete an Institutes Designation on or after October 15, 2026, receive a digital diploma.

How will I receive my digital diploma?
Within 5 business days of completing your designation, you’ll receive an email from Achievements@TheInstitutes.org with a link to view your digital diploma. From there, you can view, download, and print your diploma or order a professionally printed copy for approximately $20.

I already received a printed diploma. Can I request a digital diploma?
Yes. If you earned an Institutes Designation in 2026 and received a printed diploma, you can request a digital diploma by submitting a ticket with our Customer Success team. Digital diplomas requested from 2026 designation holders are issued monthly.

Yes! You can download and print your digital diploma yourself at no cost. If you’d prefer a professionally printed copy, you can create an account with our digital diploma provider, Accredible, and order one for approximately $20.

How do I order a professionally printed diploma?
A few days after you complete your designation, you’ll receive an email with a link to view your digital diploma. You'll see the option to order a professionally printed copy when you first view your diploma, which will require you to create an account with our digital diploma provider, Accredible.

Yes, after accessing your digital diploma, you will have the option to purchase a professionally framed copy for an additional cost, or you may have it framed through the retailer or service provider of your choice
