Free Exam Retake Details
- This free exam retake offer applies only to CPCU core courses (CPCU 500, CPCU 520, CPCU 530, CPCU 540, and CPCU 550), CPCU concentration courses (CPCU 551, CPCU 552, CPCU 555, and CPCU 556), and new and expiring ARM courses (ARM 400, ARM 401, and ARM 402). It cannot be used for any other course or exam.
- Free retakes are available only after recorded non-pass results for exams in this window.
- Each student may use a free retake only once for each eligible course.
- You can apply the code RETAKE26 when you select “Repurchase Exam” on the My Courses & Exams page, your Progress Tracker, or the My Grades page.
- Free retakes must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on September 15, 2026.
