The Application Process
To apply for your EdAsssit benefits, and enroll in your course, here's what you'll need to do:
- If you don't have an account with us, create an Institutes Account Profile.
- Already know the Designation course and the exam window that you want to take? Add them to your cart and generate a quote that will be used at EdAssist to get your Letter of Credit.
- Once you have your approved letter of credit, use this link to submit your course request to The Institutes:

- Make sure that you are factoring in any shipping cost or taxes in the amount that you request in your application
- It is recommended to take one course and exam at a time
- An Institutes Account Profile is necessary to generate quotes
Exam Testing Windows
We offer exams in four testing windows throughout the year, with exam windows that close on weekends will be extended to the following business day.

You can complete your exam at any time in the testing window that you are registered for. You can access your exam from your Institutes account when the window opens, and complete it any time until 11:59 p.m. ET on the final day of the window.
PLEASE NOTE, for your EdAssist application, you must list the final day of the exam window as the completion date.
Apply Online with EdAssist - Reimbursement
If you are enrolling in a course using your company's tuition reimbursement program (not direct pay), all you need to do is enroll in your course; and follow your company's reimbursement instructions.
